Your child’s wonder-filled journey to the North Pole begins a week before your personalized I Believe! Santa Experience™. A special delivery for each child will arrive in their mailbox—a letter from Santa Claus himself! Tucked inside lies your child’s very own shimmery Golden Ticket.
This ticket is more than just paper. It’s an invitation to step into Santa’s world. It’s good for cookies and milk with Santa, but beyond that, it’s a key to an adventure your child will never forget.
PREPARING TO MEET SANTA CLAUS
When you arrive at the venue, each child will dress in our custom pajamas and be treated to a magical story, setting the stage for the wonder to come. Children will then enter a magic portal and be transported to the North Pole at five minutes to midnight on Christmas Eve.
SANTA’S WORKSHOP
Once inside Santa’s bustling workshop, the magic deepens. Santa Claus himself, eagerly awaits his special guests.
For 30 unforgettable minutes, children will live the story:
- Looking for their names on Santa’s Nice List.
- Presenting their letters to Santa.
- Sharing milk and cookies with Santa.
- Listening to the timeless Christmas story from the Bible.
- Helping Santa paint toys.
- Learning about the North Pole, Santa, and the elves who keep Christmas running.
And before their visit ends, each child will receive a very special gift from Santa’s toy bag—a token of their Christmas Eve encounter and a reminder that the magic of believing lasts forever.

The magic doesn’t end when the journey home begins. Back in our studio, we curate, refine, and enhance your images, capturing the heart of your child’s North Pole adventure.
Two weeks after your child’s I Believe! Santa Experience™, during your dedicated image reveal and ordering appointment, we’ll present your personalized gallery and help you select the perfect artwork for your family and for photo gifts.
