Your child’s wonder-filled journey to the North Pole begins a week before your personalized I Believe! Santa Experience ™. A special delivery for each child will arrive in their mailbox—a letter from Santa Claus himself! Tucked inside lies your child’s very own shimmery Golden Ticket.
This special delivery builds anticipation and sets the stage for the magic to come.
Step Into Santa’s Workshop — Real Moments, Real Wonder
When your family arrives, each child changes into our custom pajamas and listens to a short story that opens the door to the North Pole. Then, through a magic portal, they enter Santa’s workshop at five minutes to midnight on Christmas Eve.
Inside, Santa is waiting just for them — no lines, no crowds, no distractions.
